Autumn is synonymous with colds and flu that most of the population suffers from the constant temperature changes. To achieve this we will follow that adequate food and aims to strengthen the defenses to the max. The intake of vitamins involved in protecting the cells will be fundamental. Above all we must take into account the amounts of vitamin C that will give us the diet. Maintain proper intestinal flora is essential, so that fiber is necessary in achieving an iron and prevent it we are vulnerable to agents attack us from outside.
