Tropical country offer beautiful scenery and exotic food, it’s almost living in a paradise when you spend a long holiday in tropical country. But sometimes, heaven has its own flaw, it’s been said that most of traveler got sick from diarrhoea after they visit tropical country. Some people said that it might because the change of the weather, but the other believe it’s all because the traveler itself who do not wash their hands before touching food.

Traveler diarrhoea sounds very common, this disease caused by bacteria like E. Coli or salmonella. Fortunately, diarrhoea is curable, as long as the patience treated well; there is nothing to be worried. Most people with diarrhoea will get better within a week, but if the diarrhoea last longer and followed by other symptoms like dehydration, they will need further medication, in case if there is any infection.

Food that contains with E. Coli or Salmonella bacteria are mostly the cause of diarrhoea, and people has been told over and over again to wash their hand before touching food or after they use the toilet. When a patience of diarrhoea asking for medication, the doctor will ask about the food that were consumed lately, and once the cause of problem is found then the medication is begin. Because diarrhoea causes patience to lose lots of fluids, they will tell to drink lots of fluids to restore their balance.
