Light Foods Part 1

Food and NutritionsWe’ve talked repeatedly about the diets we face on our own with some concepts that we often receive the advice of friends or relatives. There is nothing new to many of us have done for a long time based diets in vegetables and fruits without even having a clear idea that this will work or whether the opposite may be harming our health.

Another of the many myths in the world of diet food is light, all considered dietary supplements, but the truth is that a lot of these products are often high in calories.

To not fall into the commercial trap dietary product vendors today I leave a list of those who do not meet the requirements to be considered truly light:

- Muffins integrals are actually low in fat but are high in calories.

- Liquid or diet shakes: I promise to lose weight if you use them to replace your meals, but in fact 450 ml of these shakes have 339 calories.

- Nuts: Although promoted as constant dietary consumption can seriously harm your health.
