Light Foods Part II

food and nutritionAs I commented in our previous post there are a number of foods that even though businesses or “sellers” of the diets are promoted as light as dietary as we think.

Today we continue with the list had begun:

- Some salads, while plants are not the problem, the fact is that everything we use as a dressing tends to have a heat load that has nothing to do with diet.

- Olive oil: if ben is true that it is healthier than other oils should be consumed moderately and not combine it with carbohydrates.

- Sushi: considered light by most women this sandwich contains 406 calories oriental roll. Another lie of the diet gurus.

- Popcorn: the problem lies in the cooking as this is done with oil or butter, and for this reason reaches more than 500 calories.

- Avocado: a fruit tasty and considered by many dietary really a simple avocado has 288 calories. Of course, no one can deny the great amount of nutrients it has.

Now this list is not intended to permanently stay away from these foods, but rather the idea is that you are properly informed and use sparingly in your diet.
